We’re looking for an energetic, motivated Health Insurance Specialist to join our team.

What You’ll Do

• Help clients understand their health insurance options and find coverage that fits their needs
• Build genuine relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service
• Explain insurance plans, benefits, and coverage in a simple, easy-to-understand way
• Answer questions and help clients feel confident about their healthcare decisions
• Stay up to date on health insurance products, policies, and industry changes
• Maintain accurate client information and documentation
• Work closely with the team to make sure clients receive a smooth, positive experience
• Follow industry guidelines and company standards while putting the client first
