Job Title: Human Resources Intern

Location: West Des Moines, IA

Terms: 12-weeks, full-time flexible 37.5 hours/week, in office

Pay: $21/hour

Start Date: Monday, May 24th, 2027 (can be flexible)

End Date: Friday, August 13th , 2027 (can be flexible)

What You'll Do:
  • Intern Engagement: Brainstorm and create engaging activities for the internship program.
  • Program Implementation: Actively contribute to the implementation of company initiatives and programs.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Collaborate with a team of experienced HR professionals to manage communications, training, and engagement efforts.
  • Recruitment Strategy Development: Design and execute a comprehensive recruitment strategy for the 2027 internship program while ensuring the strategy aligns with the company's goals.
  • Program Evaluation & Analysis: Gather and analyze feedback and research to identify trends and to evaluate the effectiveness of various HR programs.
  • Innovation & Process Improvement: Share innovative ideas to improve our processes and drive efficiency, including leveraging technology to streamline operations.
