This position plays a critical role in supporting managers and employees through a variety of human resources, payroll, purchasing, compliance, and administrative functions. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Job Specifications: Starting Wage: $22.87/hr - $28.59/hr

Employment Type: Winter Seasonal 2026/2027

Shift Type: Full Time hours available

Minimum Age: At least 18 years of age

Job Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to the Grooming, Snowmaking, Terrain Park, and Competition Services leadership teams. Serve as a point of contact for employees and managers. Assist with onboarding activities and tracking pre-season requirements. Process and approve daily payroll and payroll adjustments. Support employee HR processes and documentation. Create, issue, track, and reconcile purchase orders and invoices. Maintain department checkbooks and support budget tracking. Organize, scan, file, and maintain records. Monitor and maintain compliance with company policies. Answer phones and emails professionally. Coordinate administrative projects and department initiatives. Maintain confidentiality. Perform other duties as assigned. Job Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Ability to learn Workday, Coupa, and other internal systems. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to manage multiple priorities. Ability to maintain confidentiality. The expected pay range is $22.87/hr - $28.59/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
